Sweet chicken and pepper pasta with CHO YUNG green tea
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces linguine pasta- dry
- 3 sweet peppers
- 1/2 cup prepared vegetable or chicken stock
- 3 pinches of white pepper (grounded)
- 12 ounces skinless chicken goujons
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cho Yung tea leaves, from your tea bag
Process:
- Boil the pasta. Add the peppers during last five minutes of boiling. Drain and keep aside.
- Mix honey, corn flour, stock, lemon juice and white pepper.
- Stir fry the chicken.
- Add the mixture to the chicken while cooking.
- Add Cho Yung Tea Leaves.
- Once the mixture thickens, mix pasta and serve.
